Deposits
A $100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount will be deducted from your total payment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We allocate significant time for each client to ensure the best possible service. Therefore, a minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 2 business days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will also forfeit their deposit.

This policy applies to both initial and touch-up appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will also incur an additional fee.
Children & Guests
To maintain a safe and professional environment, our salon is not child-friendly. To avoid distractions and ensure the highest quality of service, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment as a courtesy to your practitioner and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
